Banana River Villas is a residential assisted living facility located in historic Merritt Island, Florida. As a 6 bed facility, this quaint community offers a pleasant, harmonious way of living. We operate as a family oriented environment that features all the delightful comforts of home including fully furnished - private bedrooms, a common area for socializing & activities, and a dining room to enjoy meals or entertain guests. This community is situated alongside a canal, where occasionally Florida wildlife will drop by for a visit! Our beautiful, tropical landscaped grounds allow residents to experience a sense of serenity.

•6 bed facility providing fully furnished, private rooms to all residents
•Monthly rate is all inclusive, no additional charges to our clients
•Providing 3 delicious, home cooked meals daily, as well as nutritional snacks
•Daily housekeeping and personal laundry services
•Cable television and wireless internet in every room
•Central phone station available to residents
•Transportation to medical appointments
•Assistance with daily living and medication monitoring
•Dedicated and caring family team members available 24 hours a day

Rates:

Move in Special $2,999 a Month

Banana River Villas features an all inclusive way of living. Our monthly rate is $2,999 and will remain the same every month. There are no added costs to residents that require a little extra help or transportation to a medical appointments. We are devoted to making residents feel at home so they may enjoy their remaining years carefree.
