Amenities
Our Base Rate includes a private apartment with three home-cooked meals a day, and snacks; transportation to shopping, errands and physician appointments; weekly housekeeping; well planned daily activities that offer a balance of fun, learning and physical conditioning; emergency call buttons, and 24 – hour supervision by our professional staff.

In order to determine the amount of assistance a resident may need in addition to the base rate for services, our Director of Nursing and the resident’s physician will determine how much assistance will be needed.

Personal Care
Often Carpenter’s Creek residents need more assistance with activities of daily living. Our “Personal Care” apartments are the solution. We can offer full assistance to residents as they regain their health and independence following illnesses or provide full assistance for our aging residents in a familiar environment.

For short stay, non-residents our “Personal Care” apartment is the solution to the problem of early hospital release and enables you to recuperate in a positive environment. These rooms may be rented weekly or monthly when available.

Independent Plus
The “Independent Plus” program is ideal for the resident who needs little or no assistance. For these residents, “Independent Plus” offers a wide range of services including supervision of self-medication, housekeeping, daily activities and transportation.

•Fulltime activities, seven days a week
