Set on beautifully landscaped grounds with a courtyard, Emeritus at Springtree is considered one of the premier senior living communities in the Greater Fort Lauderdale area. Located close to all major roadways including University Drive, I-95 and the Florida Turnpike, our community offers 187 apartments on three floors. Our apartments are uniquely set up, giving residents complete privacy while allowing them to easily socialize with their neighbors in a centrally located common living room. Emeritus at Springtree is conveniently located on a lovely residential road, yet close to Wal-Mart, Walgreen’s and The Broward Mall. And we are just 30 minutes west of Fort Lauderdale Beach. Several medical facilities are also close by, including Florida Medical Center, University Hospital, Westside Regional Hospital and a nursing home rehabilitation facility if ever needed.

If you are living on your own, you can also choose to spend the day with us. Our in-house senior day care offers health services tailored to your needs to help you maintain your independence. At the same time, you’ll meet new people and enjoy meaningful activities that enrich your life, including shopping outings, live entertainment, educational programs, games and much more. Breakfast, lunch and snacks are provided.
