The operational philosophy is structured to permit residents to enjoy their retirement years with grace, dignity, independence and security; to ensure that all residents are treated equally; to provide services which meet the physical, spiritual, social and psychological needs of residents; to create an environment which will enrich the lives of people who live and work at The Mayflower; and to operate the facility on a prudent, sound financial basis in accordance with adopted procedures for a not-for-profit corporation.
